SV	Toen sloeg Menahem Tifsah, met allen, die daarin waren, ook haar landpalen van Thirza af; omdat men niet [voor hem] had opengedaan, zo sloeg hij [hen]; al haar bevruchte vrouwen hieuw hij in stukken.
WLC	אָ֣ז יַכֶּֽה־מְ֠נַחֵם אֶת־תִּפְסַ֨ח וְאֶת־כָּל־אֲשֶׁר־בָּ֤הּ וְאֶת־גְּבוּלֶ֙יהָ֙ מִתִּרְצָ֔ה כִּ֛י לֹ֥א פָתַ֖ח וַיַּ֑ךְ אֵ֛ת כָּל־הֶהָ֥רֹותֶ֖יהָ בִּקֵּֽעַ׃ פ
Trans.	’āz yakeh-mən^aḥēm ’eṯ-tifəs^aḥ wə’eṯ-kāl-’ăšer-bāh wə’eṯ-gəḇûleyhā mitirəṣâ kî lō’ fāṯ^aḥ wayyaḵə ’ēṯ kāl-hehārwōṯeyhā biqqē‘a:

AC	טז אז יכה מנחם את תפסח ואת כל אשר בה ואת גבוליה מתרצה--כי לא פתח ויך את כל ההרותיה בקע {פ}
ASV	Then Menahem smote Tiphsah, and all that were therein, and the borders thereof, from Tirzah: because they opened not to him, therefore he smote it; and all the women therein that were with child he ripped up.
BE	Then Menahem sent destruction on Tappuah and all the people in it, and its limits, from Tirzah, because they would not let him come in; and he had all the women who were with child cut open.
Darby	Then Menahem smote Tiphsah, and all that were therein, and its territory from Tirzah, because they did not open [to him]; and he smote [it]: all the women in it that were with child he ripped up.
